Ms. Trisha Miller
I am a Florida girl, born and raised, who loves the beach but hates the sand. I just moved to Indianapolis in July 2016 and have loved exploring this great city. I am also still trying to get used to this Indiana weather and neverending winters.
I have been working in public education for the past five years in the student services field and am excited to serve as School Counselor at Shortridge. I am passionate about advocating for students and helping them recognize their strengths and potential. I truly believe young people can change the world. I love learning about and serving people from different cultures and have done mission work in Ghana, Peru, Columbia, South Korea and Mexico. I am excited to continue adding stamps to my passport.
In my spare time I enjoy laughing, singing, anything theatrical, dress up parties, celebrations, Netflix marathons, spending time with friends and family, and eating lots of FroYo.
I am looking forward to a great year.
