There are a number of activities events, clubs and activities on campus. While each year the number of clubs changes, they remain an integral component to our program. Many of our clubs and activities are based upon student interest, or driven by current or local events.

Student Government
The purpose of the Shortridge Student Government is to:
- encourage student-initiated activities and ideas;
- represent the overall views of the students and the school as a whole;
- ensure that students have a meaningful voice at Shortridge High;
- meet regularly with school administration;
- foster Global Citizenship in and out of the school environment;
- provide a democratic forum for the discussion of ideas;
