Crispus Attucks Book Launch and Panel Discussion

The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is officially launching National Book Award-winning author Phil Hoose’s new book, Attucks!: Oscar Robertson and the Basketball Team That Awakened a City. Join us for a discussion with Phil Hoose and other panelists familiar with the Crispus Attucks basketball story. By winning the Indiana high school basketball championship in 1955, 10 teenaged athletes from all-black Indianapolis Crispus Attucks High School shattered the myth of racial inferiority.
