Lew Wallace Elementary is always looking for new community partners to support the important work we do for the children and families of the West Side of Indianapolis. Our school has approximately 545 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Our free and reduced lunch population makes up about 90% of our student body. Our student body is comprised of approximately 42% Latino families, 47% African-American families, and 11% Caucasian, Asian, and Multi-Racial families.
We would love to partner with many business, church, and community organizations to support the incredible work we are doing. If you are interested in volunteering, providing material support, or financial support, please contact our Principal, Arthur Hinton at hintonar@myips.org.
Thank you to the following partners for supporting us over the past several years. We would like to encourage the entire community to proudly support these businesses and honor them for their support of education initiatives on the west side of Indianapolis and the International Marketplace.
