The Center for Inquiry is one school community at multiple sites in IPS! Prospective families are encouraged to access information about the IPS Enrollment Process, our program and to join us for school tour.
Note: The application process for the Center for Inquiry Schools requires the completion of the IPS Enrollment Process and the Choice Application Process.

Please make a reservation with your selected school for an in-person tour on the select Fridays listed below. Tour times are at 9:45 AM for CFI 2, CFI 70, and CFI 84. Tours at CFI 27 are at 10:30 AM. Due to COVID restrictions, some schools may have moved to a virtual tour (check listings below).

New Families: What to Expect Once You Have Been Accepted
- You are welcome to join us on a school tour if you have not already. We hold tours on select Fridays. Tours may be virtual due to safety factors.
- You will receive information in the US Mail from our school that includes an invitation to our Spring Fling, our largest annual family event.
- Our Welcoming Committee will contact you. Our Welcoming Committee is made up of parents just like you who in the recent past were new to CFI. You will receive personalized contact with the goal of answering your questions and making you feel right at home.
Your school supply list, annual event calendar, and more will be mailed to your home approximately two weeks before the start of school.
You will find out your child’s class placement and meet your child’s teacher during our Ice Cream Social, an event that takes place the week prior to the start of school. Specific information will come in the mail, be posted online, and be sent out via our automated phone messaging system.

We use ManageBac to share important information with our current families including school event calendars, curriculum units, newsletters, menus, report cards, and more. All families are also encouraged to be a part of our Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA).
