Principal Hunley
I am the proud principal at the IPS Center for Inquiry at School 2. I joined Indianapolis Public Schools as a member of the CFI team in 2012.
Prior to my career at CFI, I taught high school English in one of the largest high schools in the state of Indiana. I also served as an assistant principal in an elementary school on the north side of Indianapolis.
I have an administrator’s license, a Masters Degree in Language Education, and a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University. I also hold a license to teach middle and high school English and a license to teach English as a New Language. I am a member of the Indiana Association of School Principals and the Association for Curriculum and School Development. I have presented at the district, statewide, national and international levels, and have been published in educational magazines and featured in educational training videos.
I have chosen public education as my career path because I believe in the power of learning and I believe in the power of children. I have chosen to make downtown Indianapolis the place I live, serve, and play because I love our city.
