Hello! My name is Emma Reyn Croghan, I go by my middle name, which is pronounced “Ren.” I love being a third-grade teacher alongside my other half, Kaleigh Howard! I am a born and raised “Indy Kid!” I graduated from North Central High School and attended Indiana University for my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I then went to graduate school and received a master’s degree in Pediatric Psychology and worked as a child and adolescent mental health therapist for 3 years. During the pandemic, I decided to pursue another dream of mine: teaching! I received my master’s degree in teaching in 2022! I have only taught at CFI, completing my practicum at CFI 84, before coming to CFI 70 for third grade! I am passionate about teaching and particularly love the IB and inquiry model taught at CFI! I live in Broad Ripple and am frequently out and around with my dog, Mason! Feel free to say hi if you see us! 🙂
