My name is Jessica Hess and I serve as the Culture and Climate Dean at CFI 27, working alongside and supporting our exceptional school community. Prior to this role, I served as an Instructional Coach and have taught seventh and eighth grade math. I have participated in IPS’ Aspiring Leaders program and worked as a Change Agent for Teach Plus, focusing on Trauma Informed Practices.
I attended Denison University, receiving a Bachelor’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I also received my Master’s in the Art of Teaching from Marian University and my Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ball State.
When I am not at school, I spend the majority of my time coaching volleyball or playing sports through Circle City Athletics adult leagues.
