Center for Inquiry School 2
A proud member of the Center for Inquiry network, nurturing globally-minded, socially responsible lifelong learners through the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
We are a part of the Indianapolis Public Schools community of schools serving grades K through 8.
EMBRACING A WORLD OF INQUIRY AND LEARNING
Welcome to Center for Inquiry School 2, where we offer a unique and engaging educational experience through the International Baccalaureate model. Located at 725 North New Jersey Street, we provide a stimulating and comprehensive approach to learning for grades K-8.
Under the leadership of Principal Amy Wackerly, our school emphasizes discussion, reading, writing, and collaborative projects. By addressing local and global issues through in-depth inquiry projects, community service, exhibitions, Spanish instruction, and arts and service engagements, we foster a community of responsible and global citizens.
We are proud to be the first school in Indiana to be authorized in the Primary Years Programme and to host programs like Blended Learning, English Language Learner services, Gifted and Talented/High Ability, and Project-Based Learning. Our strong network of community partners supports our mission, and we invite family involvement through activities such as Family Nights and Student Led Conferences.
