Grievance Procedure

We recognize the importance of having a structured and responsive grievance procedure. Currently, we are in the process of establishing a comprehensive grievance procedure to address concerns or complaints regarding the availability or accessibility of information or materials in our school libraries. We are working diligently to ensure this process is in place and easily accessible to our community. We encourage you to check back often for updates, as we expect to publish the full procedure by early January 2024.

Requesting Physical Copies

IPS is committed to providing physical copies of library catalogs upon request. We are currently developing a streamlined process to facilitate these requests efficiently. While this procedure is being established, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please revisit this page regularly for the latest information and detailed guidelines, which we anticipate being available by early January 2024.
