Students eating lunch at Thomas D. Gregg School 15 will notice something different about their cafeteria after fall break.

For one, there will be a Cessna airplane hanging from the ceiling.

Facilities Management Division (FMD) crews are finishing up the installation of the airplane this week.

Students will not only find an airplane in their cafeteria that features a running propeller, but a jet engine in their main entryway and a flight simulator, complete with airline seats and air traffic control panel, in their Pacers Mission Control room.

FMD employees have worked hard over the break to ensure everything is installed at the school. We can’t wait to see the students’ faces when they see all the new exciting installations at their school!
