The
IPS Golf
Classic
is a great way to hit the greens
this summer, while supporting students at Indianapolis Public Schools.

On
Aug. 26, the inaugural IPS Golf Classic will be held at Brickyard Crossing to
raise money for Career Technology Center (CTC) students through the 15 Career
Pathways offered throughout the district. The CTC scholarships have been
identified to assist with high school students’ academics, as well as for
college or career transition.

In
addition to the local community/business support and participation at the Golf
Classic, a few of our celebrity friends are joining in on the fun.

Celebrity
golfers include Pippa Mann (Verizon INDYCAR Series Driver), Marissa Coleman
(Indiana Fever), Mark Miles (Indianapolis Motor Speedway), Bob Donaldson
(Channel 4), Jason Spells (Channel 13) and Dr. Lewis D. Ferebee (IPS
Superintendent).

There’s
still time, however, for you to join us! The deadline for early bird
registration (which includes a 10-percent discount) is June 17, 2016, with
final registration on August 12, 2016.

Whether
you’re an experienced golfer or just want to come out to practice your swing,
we promise a good time! With your support, we can make this an annual event
that will bring the community together and raise funds for a great cause.

We
hope you are planning to join us by becoming a sponsor, a player or both!
