Indianapolis Public Schools is gearing up for the 2016–2017
school year and we’re excited to reunite with returning families and to welcome
new ones into our district classrooms!
To help make planning and registering for the new school
year easier, Open Enrollment will be held July 18 through August 5 at the John
Morton-Finney Center for Educational Services, 120 E. Walnut St.
This one-stop event for school services will feature IPS
experts who can answer enrollment questions about all of our district programs,
including magnet, from Pre-K to high school.
Representatives from our Enrollment, Transportation and
Health Services teams will be prepared to address any questions you may have.
You can get details on your student’s immunization records and take advantage
of family resources to learn where to get shots and sports physicals at a low
cost! The IPS Transportation Department will also be available to discuss bus
stops, pick up/drop off times and other important transit questions.
