Ken Pack Named IPS General Counsel

Before being named General Counsel, Ken Pack was the IPS Director of Employee Relations and Associate General Counsel since 2016. In this role, he was responsible for labor and employee relations, internal investigations, and employment related litigation and/or agency actions.

Pack previously worked at Republic Airways Holdings in several roles such as Manager of Labor Relations and then the Associate Counsel and Director.

He has significant experience in all facets of labor relations, including contract interpretation and negotiation, and dispute resolution; employment law and fair employment practices; commercial transactions and finance agreements; risk management; and general legal affairs. 

Pack began his legal career clerking for U.S. Customs and Border Protection while in law school.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from IUPUI and a Law degree from Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.

Pack is married with five children.
