The Indianapolis Public Schools Board of School Commissioners will host its Summer Board Retreat with several health and safety protocols in place.
The July Agenda Review Session and Board Action Session will not be held this month.
The Board Summer Retreat, which is being held in person, is open to the public from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at the John H. Boner Community Center, 2236 E. 10th St.
The following COVID safety measures will be strictly enforced:
- Limited seating, including Board members, essential IPS staff and the public.
- Seating will be arranged to ensure proper social distancing.
- Face masks are mandatory, except for Board members or anyone presenting. Those attending the retreat must provide their own face masks.
Public comment will be accepted online only. To submit your comment, click HERE. Written public comment will be accepted until 4 p.m. Friday, July 30.
Comments will be distributed to the Board and IPS administration. All received comments will be made available to the public.
