- Learn all about Día de los Muertos at the Indiana State Museum and check out George W. Julian School 57’s contribution to the exhibit while you’re there!

- Venture out to Tuttle Orchards for some apple picking! There’s also a corn maze, pumpkins and other fun fall activities for the whole family!
- Add a little sparkle to your fall break with a visit to the Indianapolis Museum of Art to make a work of art to take home during Open Studio. Projects include watercolor resist painting, marbleizing paper, tissue collage, and clay characters!
- Indulge yourself with some delicious sweets at Chocolate Fest, October 11! Children 12 and under get in FREE!
- Cheer on the Indy Eleven at their last two home games of the season! October 11 and 18!
- Check out over 200 films at the Heartland Film Festival! Opening night is October 16!

- It’s the last month for City Market’s Farmers Market! Visit it on Wednesday 8 or 15!
