Indianapolis Public Schools recently received another Makerspace, thanks to the generosity of community partners.
On Thursday, June 6, Henry W. Longfellow Medical/STEM Middle School received its very own, created by AbbVie volunteers.
IPS Deputy Superintendent for Academics Tammy Bowman and Longfellow Principal Stacy Coleman helped cut the ribbon on the new STEM Makerspace.
Students now have access to new technology and resources to help guide strong career choices. They couldn’t wait to get their hands on the new educational toys and technology!
