Tarkington Park – The gloomy weather was not going to stop the fall season from getting underway for our high school student-athletes looking to hit the hardcourts on Tuesday evening for a boys tennis battle.
An all IPS affair saw our Blue Devils of Shortridge taking the Titans of Arsenal Tech. All the courts were filled with doubles & singles matches that saw all our students taking a joy in learning the game. With most being first time players the excitement & progress was on full display as the matches played out.
In the end it was the Blue Devils who started the season 1-0, but all our student-athletes walked away from Tarkington knowing they improved & enjoyed their time on the court. Take a look at our photo gallery from the day that was!
