Facility Improvements
Funds from the 2023 Capital Referendum will allow IPS to bring all of its elementary and middle school buildings to “good” status. A facilities study of IPS buildings indicates that more than 30% of IPS schools are rated in “poor” condition.
Through the capital referendum, more than 20 IPS elementary and middle schools will receive building upgrades and renovations.
Here’s a look at each of the schools designated to receive improvements through the capital referendum.
Note: Work is targeted between 2023–2026.
*Images and renderings are available on the Plan by School pages for projects happening in 2023. Additional images will be added as they become available.
